Amateur Outdoor Motocross This Sunday, August 10th the Westshore Motocross Association presents
Round 2 of the Yamaha Summer Series in Victoria, BC.

Located at the AllFun Rec Park (2207 Millstream Road), Open Practice
will take place on Saturday, August 9th from 10am to 4pm: $10
members, $20 members and $30 big wheels.

Supercross, Arena Cross and almost all motorcross events have taken Leaps and bounds to the forefront of the motor sport industry. But at the heart of this phenomenon lay the footing of the sport. The Outdoor Dirt track in our very own backyards.

British Columbia: 2 day practice at the Pemberton track
Amateur Outdoor Motocross Thanks to the kind co-operation of Bob Fawcett and the Pemberton Club, we are excited to advise that we have arranged to have a 2 day practice at the Pemberton track on July 19 & 20. (Saturday & Sunday).

There will be on-site camping available on Friday and Saturday night. Pemberton Club’s standard camping and gate fees apply. The practice fee will be our usual $30.

Motocross across the country faces many battles, and now, Port Alberni is now preparing a presentation to the regional district and city council to save the Port Alberni track. The meeting is schedule for June 25 at 6:00pm at the Regional District Office in Port Alberni

British Columbia: Campbell River Motocross
Amateur Outdoor Motocross The Campbell River Motocross Association is pleased to be
hosting Round One of the CMRC Vancouver Island Spring Series
April 13th. There is plenty of free camping on site or if
you choose to have a little more privacy there is the
Parkside Campground just 2 minutes from the track. The track
is located on Highway 28, the Gold River Highway across the
road from the McIver Lake turn off. There will also be
hole-shot prizes again this year donated by the local DQ as
well as they are giving all kids a DQ Treat!!

Arenacross The Nex-Trax Toyota Yamaha Canadian Arenacross Championships return this Friday and Saturday to Chilliwack’s Heritage Park in Chilliwack, British Columbia. This weekend will mark rounds 5 and 6 of the Nex-Trax Entertainment series which has already visited Chilliwack Heritage Park and Arbutus Meadows Equestrian Centre in Nanoose Bay, Vancouver Island back in November.

This meeting includes election of Officers and Directors and everything else that anyone thinks is important, or not important to discuss. Please make every effort to come to the meeting. However, if you can't make it to the meeting and there is something you would like to have discussed, please just send it back to me and I will make sure it is included in the Agenda. The more input we get, the healthier our club will be.

British Columbia: Toyota Yamaha Arenacross kicks off this Friday and Saturday night!
Arenacross The Toyota Yamaha Canadian Arenacross Championships are finally here. Arenacross action kicks off this Friday and Saturday night, November 9th and 10th at Chilliwack’s Heritage Park Arena. (Exit 116 of Hwy 1) Rider’s from across the Pacific Northwest are lining up to compete. Private practice is already underway. Colton Facciotti, Kyle Beaton, Ryan Lockhart and Shane Weibe tested out the track Tuesday night with positive comments about this weekend’s track. The track building duo of John Verdonk and Al Snow have put together a great track for this weekend which should be very entertaining for the fans.
