Rockstar Suzuki team guy Dave Gowland undergoes probing interview

Dave Gowland has lived a life I would think many would like to hear about. He was a part of the Ross "RollerBall" Pederson era in a huge way; he was his mechanic for the glory years. Dave then found his way into the US with a few different jobs, but his roots were Canadian. His passion was for racing in Canada. He was part of the first onslaught of "Factory Rigs" in the Canadian pits in starting in 2000. He managed Doug Dubach on a Yamaha 400, at age 37,  to the Canadian MX1 title that year with little to no budget. He then moved on to Kawasaki Canada and Richmond Racing for a few years helping guide Darcy Lange to his stardom. Also this hard work got a huge opportunity at Kawasaki Team Green as their Amateur Team manager of riders like Ryan Villoptoto, Trey Canard, Austin Stroupe and Adam Cianciarulo (the early years). The another Job opportunity with Thor/Parts Unlimited came his way and he managed that team. Now up to present day Dave is back in the full race mode every weekend with Rockstar Suzuki. Sure sounds like a busy fella. Marc Travers catches up with one of Canada's biggest players in the moto industry.
